Live Account Retrieval

Why would I need to retrieve a live account?

If you have lost the E*TRADE Professional V2 icon from your desktop
If you have bought a new computer
If you have restored your hard drive and lost the initial download
If you have accidentally deleted our software from your hard drive

How to retrieve a live account

Click the 'Download Here' button below
Select 'open' and follow the installation wizard
Enter your current Live user id and password to continue
If you are asked to generate a new key or have any other difficulties, please contact us on 0845 234 34 34
